Highlights of RSS Mohan Bhagwat’s Speech at Nagpur

  • Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh Chief Mohan Bhagwat said move of the re-elected regime to nullify Article 370 has once again proved that it has the courage to fullfill those expectation and respect people’s sentiments and wishes in the interest of the country.
  • While addressing the 94th foundation day ceremony today, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said that branding some incidents of social violence as lynching actually meant to defame India and create fear among some communities. He added that lynching is alien to Bharat and usually has its references elsewhere.
  • The RSS chief has asked different sections of the society to strive to increase goodwill, dialogue and cooperation among themselves.
  • RSS chief said slowing down of worlds economy ha sleft its impacts everywhere. He added that the government has taken initiatives to tide over the situation in the last 1.5 months and our society is entrepreneurial & will overcome this challenges.

  • Democracy in India is not something imported but a practice prevalent since centuries, says Mohan Bhagwat
  • India’s border safer than ever; more focus needed on coastal security.
  • Guards, checkpoints on land borders and surveillance along maritime border ,especially islands, have to be increased.
  • Transformation in direction of thought process of Bharat; many in world and Bharat don’t want this.
  • Vested interests don’t want Bharat to be strong and vibrant.
  • We must be alert In identifying these plots and counter them on intellectual, social levels.
  • Well-meaning policies, statements from persons in govt misused to benefit nefarious designs by vested interests.
